I’m a Clinical Pharmacy Technician with a background in community and hospital pharmacy, and have worked in general practice/primary care the last 5 years. I work with patients, the practice and other healthcare professionals across different organisations to support with medicines safety, management and optimisation – as well as supporting with medication or prescription related queries. I am passionate in supporting patients through patient-centred care and shared decision making, helping them to get the best out of their medicines and managing any long term or acute conditions.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 Dispensary Assistant qualification 2015
BTEC Level 3 diploma Pharmaceutical Sciences & NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services 2019, registered with GPHC
CPPE Medicines Optimisation in Care Homes pathway completion 2021
Currently undertaking BTEC Level 4 diploma Pharmacy Clinical Services and Therapeutics, due to be completed October 2024
