Open the NHS App and make sure you are logged in
Select Your GP health record
Carefully read the notice about sensitive information and if you are happy to carry on, click Continue
Here, you will see your GP health record, including:
- Allergies
- Medicines
- Immunisations
- Test results
- Consultation history
- Documents
