Joanna

Jo is an Integrative Counsellor with Person-Centred Theory as her core relational underpinning; she studied at both degree and post-graduate level. She has worked in health care for over 25 years and currently supports people with a range of challenges such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, grief and low self-esteem. Jo works with people in a non-directional and humanistic way. In her non-work life, Jo likes to walk her dogs on the beaches at home in Amble with her family.
