I work closely with the GPs and wider practice team to support patients with their medication. I carry out medication reviews, answer prescription queries, and help patients understand how to take their medicines safely and effectively.

I also support patients with long-term conditions, help resolve medication-related issues, and work with other healthcare professionals to make sure treatment remains appropriate and up to date.
